All our products are designed and handmade by The Little Angel Props.
All designs are made to order.
Exception are products available in "RTS - READY TO SHIP" which means that these product are already done and waiting to be sell.
PREPARING ORDERS:
We're preparing your order in 3-30 days (depends on how many items you order).
Products which are READY TO SHIP we pack and send next day after getting payment. If next day is a free day or holiday, we send it first working day after free day.
SHIPPING:
When your order is ready we ship it by Polish Post.
- shipping in Poland is 4 USD
- shipping international is 12 USD
- free shipping for order over 200 USD
PAYMENT METHOD:
You can pay for your order by PayPal.
TAX:
All prices included tax.
RETURNS:
All products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns. Therefore please read carefully all informations about our products before order and information in description of the item you want to order!
If an items is faulty or damaged, we will replace, refund or offer a discount code for a future order. There is one condition - we need to be notified of any issues within 24 hours after received order but we will ask for a photo as a proof of the fault.
If you fail to collect your package from your post office and it will return to us as 'unclaimed', we will ask you to repay the postage to send it again.
If your order gets completely lost on it's journey to you (what rarely happens!), we will make a claim with our post office service and then give you back your money or we can prepare again you order and send it to you.
